Having served as an Engineering Manager and a Principal Architect, I understand that scaling a platform requires more than just better code; it requires a Reliability Mindset. I help teams bridge the gap between "moving fast" and "moving reliably" by implementing the cultural and technical guardrails necessary for sustainable growth.
